Olga is fascinated by the beauty and depth of human nature and believes that the quality of our lives can be as amazing as we allow it to be.

Her own journey began close to 20 years ago when she started practicing meditations and positive psychology. It was invaluable help in getting through some challenging life situations at the time.

Most recent leadership experience in a corporate recruitment role gave her considerable insights to behavioral psychology and eventually led her to completing Master’s Degree in Personal and Management Coaching (UCC).

Combining academic knowledge with her personal spiritual beliefs she found her own coaching style, which allows her to connect with the clients on a soul level and facilitate the discovery of the root cause of the adversities they are facing and wish to resolve.

Olga uses a variety of methods, some of which are described below and if you are willing to work with her be ready for a fundamental mindset transformation.

● Numerology mapping. It is a well-rounded profile of the energies given to you at birth. The map reveals what energies are dominant in certain areas of your life including relationships and finances and how they manifest right now vs the full potential. Overused or underutilized energies may block or slow you down on your life path so finding the right balance with every energy is the key to your happiness.

● Systemic coaching approach (one on one constellations) which helps the client to understand the disruptions in systems they are part of (including family systems). This approach is particularly helpful with conflict resolution, letting go, relationship break ups, difficulties with communication, controlling behaviors etc

● Cognitive Behavioral Coaching. Revealing self-sabotaging thoughts and beliefs. Believe it or not, some of the thoughts that are hidden in our subconsciousness are blocking us from achieving what we desire, as it impacts our behaviour and actions. The work is focusing on bringing subconscious to conscious, understanding it and managing change.

● Olga also offers Reiki treatments as a full therapy session, add on to a talk therapy session or a complimentary 10 min after session treatment.
