Counsellor
Vivienne is a pre accredited counsellor with a compassionate and non-judgemental approach. She believes in the importance of a holistic view of mental health. With a background as a yoga teacher, she understands the impact stress and anxiety have on both our mental and physical wellbeing.
Viviennee has worked as a counsellor with Let’s Get Talking and Turn2me, seeing clients both online and face to face. She has also worked with Clare Haven Domestic Abuse Services. Vivienne has additional training around trauma and domestic abuse awareness.
Vivienne uses a humanistic, person – centred approach with her clients, putting her clients’ specific needs at the forefront of all her sessions. She understands that counselling is a collaborative process and works with her clients to help them achieve autonomy in their own lives and develop their resilience. She integrates grounding techniques, breathwork and focusing into her talk therapy.
