Shirley Cuthbert

Low Cost Counselling

Cork Healing Centre

Shirley is a counselling professional who provides low-cost services to adults while she completes her training. Shirley is in the final months of her dissertation pursuing her Masters in Counselling and Pastoral Care at the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. With a Person-Centred Approach, Shirley offers a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their reactions to challenging situations and learn to trust their own ability to work through issues.

Shirley is also interested in neurodiversity and cultural diversity and has lived and worked in various countries, experiencing the challenges of identity. Shirley believes in the importance of spirituality in counselling and is accepting of clients’ religious and spiritual beliefs. She understands that every client is unique and that there is no one method or therapist that works for everyone. Shirley’s goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can make sense of their lives and move towards a more fulfilling future.
