Naoise is a multi-disciplinary guide in the Healing Arts, from Cork, Ireland. Mother of two daughters, Shamanic Sound Facilitator, Ceremonialist, Intuitive Energy Worker & Holistic Bodyworker. Bean Caointe (Keener) and Trauma Sensitive Space Holder. Founder of Golden Space and Eternal Student that has been deeply immersed in the world of Holistic Healing for many years. At Golden Space Naoise collaborates with experts in their field to build nourished, creative and connected community through Dance, Somatic Movement & Sound Experiences, Wellness Retreats, Trauma Sensitive Ceremony Spaces, Rite of Passage and 1:1 Healing Work  – supporting the return to our natural state of enchantment.

Naoise’s work has led her to hold Ceremonial Space for Corporate Wellness Events, Zen Hens, Festivals and Wellness facilitation in the Charity Sector. The core of Naoise’s compassionate approach is holding space for men & women to feel deeply nourished and supported in their lives. Many of Naoise’s offerings are in co creation with native plant allies, the elements and the natural world – strengthening our connection to the land, the wisdom of the body and our innate intuition.

“I spent my childhood summers gathering and foraging plants, berries and herbs with him, learning the ancestral ways – surrounded by tinctures, salves and natural remedies. I grew up watching him in direct communication with the plants, with animals through hands on healing, intuitive bodywork and bonesetting. And his way with people – through his undeniable deep compassion and drive for helping others, whether that be through a herbal concoction, healing touch, or the latest healing technology. “I believe that witnessing the power of healing touch and unwavering compassion at an early age largely influenced my practice of ‘laying of the hands’.”

The techniques chosen for each 1:1 laying of the hands session are deeply intuitive and vary with each persons unique nervous system and energetic, mental and physical bodies. Ceremonial Cacao or Native Plant Allies are optional but are available as an additional add-on to guide the sessions deeper – further opening up the heart and the energetic system to allow for deeper healing. We will always explore simple/ actionable Somatic Tools & Practices that can be incorporated into your daily life to support your post healing integration.

These deeply restorative one to one sessions incorporate ancient and evidence based healing modalities such as Shamanic Sound Therapy, Reiki, Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, Rite of Passage Work, Cacao and Native Plant Ceremonies – I have been weaving my personal relationship with these modalities and plant allies for many years. The combination of ancient and modern healing techniques paired with the intention for positive transformation brings balance to the energetic, mental and physical bodies  – aiding us in the release of emotional/energetic blocks that inhibit our access to healing and our true state of enchantment & awe. This work is directly linked to my heart and my experience in this life.
