Aoife holds various qualifications, including a BA (Hons) in Psych & Phil, an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and ongoing work towards a PhD in Psychotherapy. She is a registered Accredited member of the IACP & BACP, as well as a graduate GMBPsS and an Acto Level 2 Professional member. Aoife’s expertise extends to a range of areas, including Loss, Grief, Bereavement, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Shame, Stress, and Life transitions.

With her compassionate and tailored approach, Aoife provides a supportive space for individuals to gain a better understanding of their challenges. She has been in private practice since 2014, offering both in-person and online sessions. Additionally, Aoife is involved in various therapeutic interventions and programs for community-based mental health, dementia, and cancer support services.
