The course has been developed to train participants in the art of introspection, effective thinking, emotional regulation, awareness building and Meditation.This course is substantially rooted in Jungian Psychology, Coaching Psychology, Positive Psychology, Developmental Psychology,Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mind-Body Medicine.

This course will guide you to focus on multiple aspects of the self for the purpose of emotional well-being, mental health and personal development.

This course is delivered through a series of interactive workshops, self-reporting questionnaires and lectures. There will be tasks required to do in between lectures for you to fully engage with the process of change.

Meditation Course

Level 1 – Learn to Meditate
The beginners Meditation Classes are suitable for complete beginners.The practice includes techniques from a variety of lineages of Meditation.The class is guided through basic techniques for building awareness, learning to settle the mind and regulating emotions. After the beginner program you can progress to the intermediate Level 2 classes.

Level 2 Deepen Your Practice
The intermediate Meditation classes are suitable for those who have done the beginners program or for those with previous experience.In this class you will learn more advanced techniques for healing, awareness, clarity, calmness and insight. This class will help you to engage in a deeper practice.
